MN+Trop blend from 5-30-2020

This is the honey used in our first mead batches! It's a tasty blend of Mac Nut and Tangy Tropical from May of 2020! There are rich caramel notes, lots of complexity, followed by a sharp sweet tangy kick. And make no mistake, this honey has aged VERY well over the last three years, dare we call it a reserve honey?!
