This honey is a tasty blend of Mac Nut and Coffee blossoms! There are rich caramel notes, lots of complexity, with a bit of a cooked tart cherry/ raisin savory finish. And make no mistake, this honey has aged VERY well over the last three years, dare we call it a reserve honey?!
