This Macadamia Nut blossom honey has been patiently aging since February 2017! There are intense jasmine notes followed by a rich caramel complexity, a bit of raisin savoriness and a zippy finish. This honey has aged VERY well over the last NINE years!! 

Best for use in dishes/drinks where you want the bold flavor to stand out!
