A little about Heather: "I’m fortunate to have lived off-grid in the native rain forest of Volcano for almost 20 years now. As a certified culinary nutrition instructor and permaculturist I’m passionate about growing and cooking local foods and sharing knowledge with others. Traveling the world has been a lifelong adventure and you will find influences from many cultures infused in my recipes. I am the ultimate world foodie. I’m working on a new latin focused cooking with canoe plants now."
