Book Bedazzling at Mead & Magic!!!

Add a little magic to your favorite bookish item during Mead & Magic: A Bookish Makeke!

Bring a book, bookmark, journal, or another hard-surface item and transform it into a one-of-a-kind, bedazzled creation while enjoying a flight of seasonal-themed mead from Big Island Meadery.

Your $30 ticket includes:

* All bedazzling supplies

* One flight of seasonal-themed mead

What to bring:

Please bring your own book, bookmark, journal, or other hard-surface item to bedazzle. The item itself is not included with your ticket.

No crafting experience is necessary. We’ll have everything you need to create your design and make your bookish item sparkle.

Book bedazzling is an optional ticketed activity taking place during Mead & Magic: A Bookish Makeke, hosted by The Book Romantics, Charms & Chapters, and Big Island Meadery. This event will feature a romance-only pop-up bookshop, and a mākeke filled with bookish gifts, a bookmark and Kindle charm bar, and food and drinks available for purchase.

Spots for book bedazzling are limited, so advance registration is highly recommended.

When you arrive at the Meadery, check-in at the bar to receive your ticket, which you’ll use to obtain your flight of mead and to check in at the bedazzling table inside the event space to get your bedazzling supplies.

Please note: Your ticket reserves one spot for the book-bedazzling activity. Guests must meet Big Island Meadery’s age and identification requirements to receive alcoholic beverages.
