Join us at the Meadery for a fun bao + dim making class!
This is the FIRST food workshop of it's kind and we are very excited to be offering something like this for our community! Join chefs Dennis and Kim as they teach you the steps to make and assemble your own tasty bao and rolls! Each person gets a work station to DIY!

The hands-on workshop will include:
1) Pork Belly Bao. Participants will also select their toppings: green onion, cilantro, hoisin, fried garlic.
2) Rice Noodle Roll (Cheung Fun) . Participants will select from beef, pork, shrimp, or veggies to fill the roll with.
They will also teach you how to make two homemade sauces as well: Chili oil, and Sweet Soy sauce!
Price includes all materials, a flight of mead and a full pour of your favorite while you cook!! ✨
