We infused our Spring Honey with a trio of the hottest-  Carolina Reapers, Scorpions and Ghost Peppers, which were fermented and dried before adding. The aroma, aside from death, is a fun lacto- fermenty smell that hits first in flavor before heat takes over 🥵

A TRULY HOT HONEY!!! Tons of the pepper bits from the infusion are put straight into the jars to give you an absolute concentrate of product. A little bit goes a long way. Seriously.
